It was in January 1997 when Engr. Felix A. Gabiana took the first step in pursuing his dream - the dream to start a machine shop in Canduman, Cebu City. Being a father of four children, his goal was just like any parent would have wanted - to provide for his family's growing needs. He thought that a fixed monthly income could not support his family for the long term. He wanted to achieve financial freedom out of his passion for his craft.As a former Supervisor of Eveready Battery and having worked in the mechanical engineering industry for almost three decades already at that time, there was no doubt that his expertise and experience could propel him to execute his vision. 

Being a one-man team, he could only count on himself to steer his business forward. But the lack of manpower did not stop him from pursuing his goals. Instead, he worked day and night to ensure top-quality products. He treated every project with utmost importance whether it was big or small. He knocked on many doors - some have opened and some have not - just so he could introduce himself and promote his business, which he named F.A.G. Machine Shop and Services Co. He registered it as a Partnership Company between himself and his wife Mrs. Yma B. Gabiana.
